職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

• Establish and direct BU technology policy.
Establish and maintain a technology strategy and road-map to support product market growth represented by product roadmaps. Establish a strategy and facilitates patent action to promote proper identification and protection of intellectual property. Assist advanced marketing activities by understanding, acquiring, and developing appropriate technology for future products.
• Identify, develop and recommend application of new and existing technology across the BU.
Establish and execute procedures to develop new technology, product design and process. Establish and maintain technical documentation processes and product standards. Provide adequate training for personnel across BU to effectively apply technical knowledge to products and processes.
• Operate department within approved budget.
Recommend budget requirements and ensure effective research and development performance consistent with approved budget constraints.
• Maintain sufficient resource base.
Obtain and maintain resources of sufficient skill and talent to accomplish activities identified in technology roadmap. Develop personnel to successfully identify, evaluate and apply new technology to products and processes. Identify and procure equipment and tooling to support new development activities. Use corporate resources and outside resources when necessary to achieve goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years Supervision of professionals.
• 5+ years Technical project management.
• 8+ years Engineering work in R&D field.
• Six Sigma Certification highly desired.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 750)

• Knowledge of operating CAD/CAE.
