•To review, evaluate and communicate with customers of the assigned accounts on their enquiries so as to provide professional and timely responses.
•Make regular sales calls to assigned accounts to aid customers with relation to our products portfolio, build better working relationship and to maximize sales of company's products and services. To identify sales potential, upcoming
projects and update market competitions to show the capability of the Account Management skills.
•Co-ordinate and liaison with various offices and departments to ensure that communications and transactions are handled in most expedient and efficient manner. Updating important the sales call report and Submitting monthly
project report to immediate supervisor
•Monitoring of orders, ensuring that all necessary requirements such as documentation, specification, etc. pertaining to the order is met. Identifying any penalties or such commercial terms clauses involved that need to be addressed without delay prior to any acceptance of order.
•Following up on orders with both Taiwan internal and overseas to ensure that orders will be dispatched on time. Liaise with engineering, purchasing, service and workshop to resolve any problem related to orders. Help workshop to
expedite delivery of orders. Delivery of urgent orders to customers
•Other ad-hoc duties that could help in the growth of business growth.
•Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
•8 years experience in industrial sales in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical market will be added advantage.
•Knowledge in the rotating equipment, such as pump, or servicing of such related equipment and some understanding on pressure vessel would be an added advantage
