• Retail network development
- Collect potential customer information for branded retail (BestDrive & signage shop) network expansion
- Map and analyze potential areas for retail expansion
- Facilitate & review new account development in branded network, and review the potential for non-branded retailer & wholesaler
- Propose for approval of store with right location, right shop, and right owner based on reliable analysis
• Retail management & analysis
- Signage, contract, and POSM application & management
- Manage and implement brands' VI/CI related issue in all types of channel
- Monthly report material preparation and analysis (Internal)
• BestDrive management
- Apply POSM & service for BD
- Facilitate BestDrive network expansion
- Shop maintenance application and follow up for existing BestDrive
- Consultation in terms of shop operation, shop management, and market intelligence for BestDrive shop
• Customer training
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate training for external customers (Branded & non branded retailer)
- Align training topics and materials with trainer
• Strategy development
- Collect and analyze market intelligence
- Facilitate retail strategy development
- Propose feasible idea for future planning
• Project management
- Lead & manage project
- Cooperate with cross department, function, or country project
• Campaign
- Plan and conduct annual BestDrive seminar
- Facilitate the execution of retail committee and market visit of supporting function
› University degree (Bachelor or Master) with majors in economics, international management, technical or similar
› Around 3 years of relevant working experience (international experience is welcome). Sales, marketing, or retail experience is a plus.
› Fluent in English and Chinese is required.
