- Partner with HRBP and hiring manger to assess the talent requirements and provide hiring strategy.
- Talent identification and interview.
- Execute identified sourcing strategy in the recruiting plan.
- Responsible for driving all the recruitment aspects of the process including sourcing, screening, interview and offer.
- Accurately asset talents to ensure meet or exceed the hiring criteria's for the positions.
- 3 year and above' s experience in recruitment
- Good command of English
- Headhunter experience is plus
- Familiar with MS windows applications, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Bachelor or above, major in Business Administration or HR relative
