Job Description
EWC Assistant provides both clerical and administrative support to EWC Organization and HR, either as part of a team or individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of EWC activities.
Your profile
We are looking for entry level candidates from business or HR, who are keen to demonstrate the following qualities and behaviors:
Collaboration and teamwork – Collaborate with various EWC officers with different professional background to deliver EWC event to achieve shared goals. Easily build relationships with others and a team player.
Operation Excellence – Design employee communication letters and EWC community, maintain event enrollment system, manage EWC club and contract of special stores, etc.
Communication – Has ability to communicate with different function and team, present information clearly, precisely and succinctly.
Drive - Proactively learn new skills –even if they’re beyond the scope of your current job. Put in the time and energy needed to achieve results.
Basic skill:
Bachelor’s degree, major in Business or HR
Familiar with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Good at English
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
