【工作職務】Normal Customer Service Representative
【工作內容】
•處理訂單,表格和申請 及時回覆客戶查詢
•準備和分發客戶活動報告
•獲取並評估所有相關信息以處理產品和服務查詢
•根據標準操作程序記錄所有呼叫信息
•立即將和產品相關的投訴告知到指定的投訴處理中心
•將每個市場公司的要求將問題升級為相關功能
•按照公司的指示執行產品現場操作並 按時完成分配的培訓課程;
•根據相關公司政策和程序報告重大質量事件及回報投訴案件
工作內容:
• Phone Representative
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Performing administrative functions
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Transfer product related complaints to the designated complaint handling center immediately
• Execute project based on initiatives as per JJVC direction and guidance
• Escalate issues to relevant function as per requirement in each market company
• Execute the product field action as per instruction from the company
• On time completion of training courses assigned;
• Execute the company procedures;
• Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
需求:
• Computer literate – Chinese/ English, familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Listening skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

週休二日,不用輪班
月薪:33,000~37,000元
工作地點: 台北市中山區民生東路三段
上班時間: 週一~週五9:00-18:00 .(週休二日)
預期上班日: 越快越好
合約期間:報到日起至9月底
