- Maintain an accurate schedule of activities of the managers.
-May independently prepare correspondence and recurring reports.
-Type letters, statements, narratives and statistical reports, minutes and agendas.
-Arrange meetings and conferences over the use of telephone or computer (i.e. on-time calendar).
-Maintain organizational files and records.
-Coordinate office functions with other departments.
-Maintain control files of matters in progress and follow-up to ensure actions are completed.
-Calculate/compile statistics and prepare reports.
-Provide information to employees and managers on matters pertaining to personnel forms and record
