職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

• Lead new planning tool implementation in production line, including detail design and MES (Manufacturing execution system) upgrade.
• Support digit lean project implementation in production line, i.e WIP visual management.
• Work with Supply Chain for planning and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Own daily/weekly KPI of production plan/ manpower plan.
• Manage production assumption and make sure it is aligned between planning and actual performance.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production deman

需求條件 / Key Requirements

• College or Master degree of Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience as production planner and IE, at least 5 years.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Experience in MRP, Material requirements planning
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MES (Manufacturing execution system)
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Good English ability
