Direct Report to Regional Manager
Initiate the growth plan to help Members to drive sales for Northern Region.
Communicate between Members and the Corporate in order to grow at the same direction.
• Drive sales to achieve monthly VP target
• Initiate growth plan for Northern Region (N1 & N2)
• City by City Strategy implementation in Northern Region
• Regional metrics improvement
Support member specific needs, with physical presence on the field and active participation among organizations to become a liaison with members to achieve the sales Target. The major function is:
• Foster activity and engagement in the market
• Develop tailored regional strategies and promotions
• Become a trusted advisor and serve as a corporate liaison
• Share best practices among members
• PT & potential TAB development
• Organizations alignment with corporate initiatives
• Assure the communication of all promotions and company strategies are delivered
• Detect in the members’ needs timely
• University graduated
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
• Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Sales background; MLM industry is a plus but not necessary
• Experience on key account management
• Experience on report analysis
• Be able to do public speaking and presentation
