2. Enable Surface Resellers to design, develop and deliver device and service offerings to drive the value of Microsoft solutions in the market
3. Provide enablement and technical assistance/escalation for Microsoft Surface to ADR/DMP
4. Ensure partner technical issues and requirements are effectively communicated to product engineering teams
