[A Lot About You]
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist with passions for growth marketing, CRM, consumer understanding, and advanced marketing analytics.
In this position, you will help us with the core objective of driving up user / buyer retention / engagement/ spending as measured downstream by key OKRs such as Visit Days, Purchase Frequency, APRU, RROI, etc.
You will be working with CRM strategists, marketers, and editors across APAC, EMEA, LATAM markets closely.
In this role, you will execute different CRM journeys based on media user/ commerce buyer’s life stage, own the execution/ operations of email marketing, mobile push notifications, and other CRM campaigns. You will also be a member of the International CRM Center of Excellence which builds best practices.
[Your Day]
- Work with CRM strategists to design CRM campaigns, manage deployment timelines, and execute CRM plans across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM markets.
- Utilize CRM software to execute CRM campaigns; Develop best practices to facilitate operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to CRM campaign leads preparation and performance/optimization analysis.
- Work with marketing and product development teams to implement new CRM initiatives.
[You Must Have]
- Bachelor Degree, BS in quantitative areas (Business, Information Science, Statistics) is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics/ CRM/ Growth-Hacking areas will be a good fit.
- A team player with good communication skills. - Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
