職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

1. Create technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
2. Work with hw/sw designer to ensure accuracy of product description in the technical manual.
3. Communicate independently to solve the feedback/requested issue by publishing the updated system manual conent.
4. Acknowledge the assigned hardware/software/solution productin hardware/software/solution development process.
5. Study technical/product spec to convert user language in the server/solution manual.
6. Develop/submit the correspoding graphic request to develop server/solution manual.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
4. Technical editor tool skill – PTC arbortext/MARKDOWN is preferred
5. Familiar with dita/XML/HTML/MARKDOWN/ASCIIDOC format doc is preferred
6. Proven experience working in a technical writing position is preferred.
