1. Ordering
▪ coordinate with sales or customers for orders confirmations to customers and place correct orders into system
▪ provide payment request of confirmed orders to customers
▪ Management of marketing promotional item -supporting function
▪ Keep correct ordering and delivery tracking file and free tire record file
2. Inside sales
▪ Work with customers and sales rep. to ensure all orders are filled and shipped on time.
▪ Make suggestions to customers to switch from discontinued product to new products/ shortage to alternative articles.
▪ Call customers and let them know about new products and specials (work with sales reps on who to call)
▪ Contact customers which didn’t order any promotional articles yet
▪ Contact customers if they are far away from the targets and offer the special promotion which is defined every month
3. Order management
▪ Lost order process maintenance
▪ Work with other departments for necessary returning process and tasks
▪ Back order handling process
4. Warehouse distribution shared process
▪ Customer declaration file for broker
▪ Payment request file preparation
▪ Inbound/outbound/report filing

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Good English skills
3. 2~5 years of working experience in call center or sales assistant
4. Experienced in SAP SD module for order taking / reporting is a plus
5. Experiences as project team member, or system/process improvements is a plus
