The HR professional will act as advisor and administrator for all HR-related topics in responsible business units.
• Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the positions up to managerial level independently, including but not limited to, implementing recruiting strategy, job advertising, interviewing, candidate identification , selection and offering.
• Be the main local HR contact and provide one-stop HR services.
• Responsible for full employee life cycle activities, e.g. on-boarding arrangement, probation review and off-boarding activities, etc. and HR administrative support in learning, development, benefit, taxation, etc.
• Prepare necessary information and documentation for monthly payroll activities and coordinate with payroll team.
• Handle global mobility management, including internal delegation process, permit/ARC application, package, tax filing preparation and new delegate orientation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably gained in multinational or sizable companies with all round HR functions.
• Strong in analytical skills and time management.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Mature, proactive and result oriented.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
