職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

o Server software and firmware (APML) development, issue triage and delivery for HPE ProLiant Gen10 Intel E3 sustaining platforms and Gen11 Intel E3 NPI platforms.
o Provide software/firmware engineering, validation, and project management, and write test cases for support platforms.
o Request and track required equipment for firmware development for support platform and manage the equipment inventory.
o Collaborate with engineering teams to perform issue triage, identify root cause and provide resolution. Follow up issue progress and communicate issue detail and status with HPE local and offshore engineering teams.
o Develop toolset for firmware development
o Review platform requirements and system spec and provide feedbacks in order to perform firmware development. Write technical document for own deliverable for internal knowledge training to teams.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

• Confident knowledge of one or multiple of the languages including C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript(Angular/React), HTML, XML.
• Experience of software development toolset, test framework, issue tracking, and/or version control tools (i.e. Visual Studio, Selenium, Bugzilla, iSVN/Git).
• Have relevant firmware development experience for server platforms including development in a demanding/schedule driven R&D environment. Have BMC firmware related experience is a big plus.
• Have software development experience for system software or web application is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage development work for multiple projects.
• Experience with system HW/FW setup, configuration and validation process. Basic knowledge server HW is preferred.
• Willing to learn new knowledge domain for support projects.
• Have strong English communication skills to collaborate with geo teams.
