職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

1. Support customers to successfully design Credo SERDES DSPs in optical transceivers and AOCs. 2. Support in product demonstrations to secure design wins. 3. Develop documentation and software packages to improve efficiency and customer experience. 4. To work closely with R&D/firmware engineers, duplicate, debug and solve Serdes module related issues. 5. To generate and maintain technical documents for customer communication 6. Fluent in both Chinese and English

需求條件 / Key Requirements

1. Solid hardware troubleshooting skills including using oscilloscopes, vector network analyzer, and signal generators is a plus. 2. Be familiar with application hardware and system software, basic programming/scripting abilities (Python). 3. The ability to apply creative and inventive ideas to resolve difficult issues. 4. Knowledge of Optical modules and/or Ethernet switches are a plus. 5. PCB design/layout, signal integrity and board debug are a strong plus. 6. Highly organized and self-motivated, good teamwork and communication skills. 7. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. 8. The ability to travel both locally and overseas.
