Manage distributors, agents, and direct accounts to effectively market Aerospace products to Hong Kong and
Taiwan customers; supervise customer service process and administrative staff employees.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers’ developmental, technical and managerial
• Develop and follow an effective plan incorporating specific strategies for product sales and marketing objectives.
• Develop and make technical sales presentations to key accounts.
• Conduct market research and assist with the development of marketing strategies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of programs to support the company’s image, visibility and
credibility in emerging markets.
• Responds to referrals, leads and requests-for-quotes; research customer needs and applications. Develop and
present competitive pricing information. Research, calculate and write proposals.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget and maintain appropriate records. Control and report
expenses as prescribed in company policies.
• Establish effective communication systems and procedures with customers, distributors, and agents to act as
liaison with Aerospace headquarters to resolve or avoid problems.
• Maintain and upgrade knowledge of company products and applications; maintain knowledge of market trends,
industry practices, competitors products, potential projects for placement of company products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
