Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for compensation matters and Human capital analysis
2. Support recruiting, training, talent development
3. Support setting HR policy and practice to align company rule and labor and related law
4. Support business Units with HR solution
5. Administrate and coordinate HR events and system
6. Ad-hocs

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and above
2. Major subject: Business Administration, Human Resources o related field
3. Language: Fluent English (TOEIC 750) is required; and Japanese (N3) is a plus or general English with Business level Japanese proficiency (N1)
4. Experience: at least 3-5 years-experience with HR and administration field in foreign company or consulting company. Or had experience as business partner.
5. General tax and labor law knowledge, SAP/Workday or eHRSS experience is a plus
