職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Primary Function:
 Responsible for material readiness at the NPI/ launch window, tracking both ODM and HP purchased materials.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Supports System Team materials issues via NPI Program Manager
 Reviews planning and regional forecasts to assure: proper positioning signals to ODMs and controlled suppliers / Procurement and overall program forecast is in alignment with expected attach rates
 Leads System Team Material readiness reviews at RTP minus 120, 90, 60 and 30 days
 Proactively identifies and communicates materials risks and facilitates issue resolution strategies
 Drives completion and communication of critical and unique parts lists in order to assure proper material planning of risk components as well as identify valid drivers of obsolescence exposure to the Partner Management team.
 Identifies key gaps in existing ODM or GBU procurement processes. Closes process gaps through cross-functional project management.

Basic Requirement:
 First level university degree or equivalent experience
 Typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function.
 Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
 Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
 Strong interpersonal skills.
 Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation. (Must be familiar with EXCEL.)
 Developing Project Management Skills
 Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
 Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
 Developed understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance
