We are looking for an experienced CEO to manage and control all of the strategic and business aspects of the company. To drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.

 Participate in designing and implementing strategic road-map for the company in the next 5-7 years with the board and management team
 General management of the company and leadership in organizational integration and upgrade
 Work closely with other management team for new client acquisitions in APAC / US / Europe (key sectors include auto-motives, consumer electronics)
 Oversee and spearhead manufacturing improvement in both Taiwan, Mainland and SEA plants and actively contribute to new products development and R&D initiatives
 Lead firm wide initiatives in EHS / ESG – further improve corporate governance
 Able to coordinate with various stakeholders including the financial sponsor, the founder family and the financing bank (a 6-9m transition period working under/with the current CEO before formally taking over)
 Directly reporting to the board (AP funds and founder family)

需求條件 / Key Requirements

Requirement
 Experience in senior management position at MNCs / private businesses preferred
 Master’s PhD’s degree in electronic engineering, material science, mechanical engineering, general management or related disciplines is a must
 Rich sector experience in high-end manufacturing with end applications including but not limited to: automotive, general consumer electronics, robotics, wearable devices, smart fabrics, medical devices, heat exchanges, and/or other metaverse applications
 Strong track record in R&D, and new business development and sales function, and operational / manufacturing enhancement – ability to coordinate across customer needs, manufacturability and economics is key
 Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must, with Japanese being a plus
 Willingness to travel to Mainland China, SEA, and in principle open to relocation outside Taipei in the medium term (Singapore or Japan etc.)
