Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handle logistics setup for all hands, site morale, team building and other site level events
Assist managers on site activities planning and execution
Purchase orders operations and budget tracking to ensure spending within budget
Ensure local compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and generate data insights automatically with Power BI
Support sourcing analytics and material supply reporting / dashboard
Work with related function teams for new hire onboarding
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum an associate degree in business administration or supply chain areas, or equivalent years of experience performing in adequate roles.
5+ years in a group administrative, project management, or business operations role.
Excellent communications skill and ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
Ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and to solve routine problems effectively.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote
Good command of English in both written and spoken.
