職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The Onshore Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role within the global project organization, responsible for managing customer interfaces, overseeing the onshore scope of implementation, and leading the local project team. This position specifically targets Rolling Stock Refurbishment projects, with a focus on Auxiliary Power Supply (APS). Experience in Rolling Stock, APS, and refurbishment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary onshore liaison with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, provide technical clarification, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.
• Provide concise project status updates to HQ and senior management.
• Communicate complex topics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Coordinate materials, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Control project costs and manage financial performance to stay within budget.
• Monitor technical progress, ensuring quality control and timely schedule updates.
• Set control points and implement acceleration plans when needed to meet deadlines.
• Lead and develop the project team, assigning tasks and providing necessary resources.
• Execute the project strategy in line with contractual terms and conditions.
• Review and release official project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the design, installation, commissioning, or testing of Metro Rolling Stock systems, including equipment and communication interfaces.
• Strong networking skills with a focus on achieving results efficiently.
• Commitment to quality and timely project delivery.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to getting things right the first time.
• Ability to mentor and direct on-site staff for smooth project execution.
• Experience managing a small team (2-5 people) and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Other qualifications:
• Rich engineering experience in mechanical and/or electrical fields related to Rolling Stock.
• Project Management experience, including team coordination, stakeholder management, and oversight of deliverables and schedules.
• Experience with Siemens 321/341 rolling stock fleet and TRTC (Taipei Metro Operator) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Project.
• Official certifications in Quality and/or EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) are a plus.
