職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
he Project Manager (PM)/Lead Project Engineer (LPE) is a company project professional responsible for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project. Whether PM or LPE is dependent on project size and/or complexity. PMs are expected to have greater project leadership skill and experience in capital projects. The PM/LPE integrates the total engineering effort over the total project life from inception to commercial operation. The PM/LPE is a member of the Project Leadership Team and is accountable to the Project Team Leader and/or BEM for project engineering success and for engineering functional excellence and competency. The PM/LPE leads and manages the company project engineering processes as described in the GPI and $0-5MM Best Practices. The PM/LPE working with the Project Team Leader is accountable to ensure proper company engineering resources are assigned and with the Design Contractor to assure contractor resources are assigned to support the project process. The PM/LPE develops the engineering budget for FEL and is responsible for the capital investment and cost control plan as well as the project engineering schedule. On some smaller projects, the role of the Project Team Leader and PM/LPE are often combined.
