職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
Responsible of ensuring HR operation smooth deployed in each office and to employees. Act as a first contact at Site for employee queries and local operation handling.
In this role, you will work with diverse background colleagues in Taiwan Office. If you enjoy to work with dynamic team and learn from mature process in Multinational Company, it will be a good fit for you to join us.
HR request Management
• Review and distribute in time contractual document ( New work contract, amendments…) according to information sent by site HR through ticketing system and in accordance to Service Level Agreement defined
•Provide and validate Employee data to provide to HR General Service team and check data within compliance and Internal Control requirements
•Ensure all needed information are sent to new employee (Healthcare information and affiliation process)
•Ensure illness administration by providing necessary certificates to local authorities
•Ensure constitution of long term illness files and related calculation
•Provide necessary local system/HR process briefing to New Employees or Employees/Manager with query
•Support employees life cycle events to make sure in-time system data update and related events management
•Provide training record and e-leave report records to Employee & Managers
•Update local system to make sure Leave/Overtime work records in good alignment and well archived
•Support talent acquisition process from job posting, profile screening to onboard preparation
Employees request management: Manage employees requests received by mail, phone or through ticketing system and ensure answer in respect with Service Level Agreement defined
•Certificates: Employment, compensation, healthcare…
•Ensure personal data changes: Address, Bank Details, Name, dependents…
•Answer regarding Pay slips, Group collective agreement ,Healthcare, and Policies clarification
•Information regarding holidays (ex:CET), Savings…
•Ensure timely employees benefit changes to inform to Service Vendors
•All HR administration related request
Illness management
•Produce and send employers certificates with needed information regarding salary and period of absence to Health state organization
•Follow-up reimbursement to ensure illness related financial balance is kept at a minimum level
•Contact Health state organizationin case of specific issue or to unlock blocked situation
•Coordinate with site in case Time Attendance information are not in line with medical certificate
Long Term illness
•Collection of document, calculation and constitution of files related to Incapacity, Invalidity, death of an employee
•Follow-up related financial balance with Death & disability insurance partner (ex:WTW) and keep it as a minimum
What do I need to be qualified for the role?
•Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, BA, Labor Relationship or related
•Fluent in both Chinese and English as a mush
•Equipped with Microsoft and Office365 experience; also skill in Automation to be a plus
•Prefer to have HR process related experience
