職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include the following
- owns the project Gantt chart to regularly review with manager
- projects should be completed according to the Gantt chart review meeting with manager
- each project completion should come with a lab report, which contains
o project charter
o project initiator
o testing method and calibration
o resulting data in an Excel spreadsheet
o stored all information in Chemours designated database
- owns the management of the Chemours database
- raw material ordering and inventory management
- lab equipment maintenance and ensure proper calibration and functioning
- brand-licensing qualification
- coordinate sample shipment and testing of samples send externaly

語文條件：
英文(聽:略懂、說:略懂、讀:中等、寫:中等)
• BS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other related technical fields is preferred. Prior paints/coatings experience is a strong plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in research, product development, technical service, technical marketing, or a combination thereof.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to take risks and manage ambiguity; highly motivated, self-starter; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, presentation and written skills are required.
• Fluent in business English communication.
