職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
[Responsibilities]
- 第一線IT Helpdesk - 解決公司同仁工作上的軟硬體問題
- 資產設備的庫存管理及維護
- 影印機, 投影機, 視訊系統..等辦公室OA設備故障排除
- 執行公司軟硬體的基礎教育訓練
- 撰寫及修正IT相關操作手冊
- 系統Alarm確認及協助系統Admin執行事件處理
- 參與IT相關計畫與新技術測試
• On-site EUC Support Coverage: Desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Break/Fix Services: Hardware and software issue diagnosis and resolution at user desks.
• New Device Deployment & IMACD: Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission services for end-user devices.
• OS & Application Support: Installation, configuration, patching, and basic troubleshooting of standard corporate applications.
• VIP / Executive Support: Priority on-site assistance for senior executives and board-level users.
• Incident & Request Handling: Managing incidents and service requests via ticketing system (aligned with ITIL).
• Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Setup for new joiners, recovery of devices/accounts for leavers.
• Peripheral & Accessory Management: Setup and support for monitors, docking stations, headsets, etc.
• Conference Room / Meeting Support: Setup and troubleshooting of AV, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Asset Management: Inventory updates, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management of EUC devices.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaising with OEMs or third-party vendors for escalated hardware repairs/replacements.
• Proactive Services: Routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and patch compliance.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- 資訊工程或相關學士學位以上
- 熟悉Laptop/desktop (MAC/Apple products), Microsoft teams/Office, Software Fix, OS Refreshment, Windows/MS Office/MAC等設備使用及維護
- 具備基本的電腦與手機規格知識
- 具備基本的網路與資訊安全知識
- 具備良好的溝通與傾聽技巧, 並能提供好的解決方案給需求者
