2. 機器設備故障排除
3. 管理零件、原物料等
4. 建立SOP及檢查表
5. 每日檢查及異常回報
6. 其他支援及交辦事項
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an equipment maintenance technician to execute maintenance and manage consumable parts used for Array and LTPS process. You will support various kinds of equipment maintenance, need to have relative knowledge to improve equipment successful rate.
The ideal candidate should also have good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross function teams very well.
Description
1. Equipment maintenance, especially for CVD/PVD/Dry chamber.
2. Support equipment trouble shooting
3. Manage consumable parts/ spare parts/ materials
4. Build up SOP and checking sheet
5. Daily checking/ abnormality reporting 6. Various support activities
需求條件 / Key Requirements
三年以上TFT 或半導體晶圓廠機器設備維護經驗
Key Qualifications
1. 3+ years experience of equipment maintenance, TFT Fab or Semiconductor Fab.
2. Good interpersonal skills and collaboration
3. Work hours will be based on business needs.
