Position: Procurement Administrator
Location: Taipei
Job Description:
1. Procurement good receipt, invoice verification, payment processes
2. Procurement reports, logistic payments, custom clearance processes
3. Regular and ad hoc reports and presentation per request
4. Stamp duties, Administration support and webpage maintain
5. Supplier and contract management
6. Support buyer on procurement Sourcing
Requirements:
2 year and above working in accounting or procurement field.
Strong organizing ability, independent, result-driven and committed, good communication and negotiation skills, self-initiative and a good team player.
Able to work under pressure and details-oriented, good command of written & spoken English, Chinese.
Familiar with SAP is preferred.
