As a key contributor to our groundbreaking product, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of communication and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.

As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be tasked with ensuring the reliability, functionality, and adherence to specifications of our hardware components within the conferencing product. Your role will entail a deep understanding of hardware integration, compatibility testing, performance evaluation, and documentation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify issues, provide feedback for improvement, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

System Integration Knowledge and Experiences:
•Previous experience in system integration or a related technical field in program, especially in system integration projects.
•Solid understanding of system integration concepts, ensuring that individual components work together cohesively to deliver the intended conferencing experience.

Technical Skills:
•Proficiency in testing methodologies for hardware components.
•Experience with hardware and integration testing tools and equipment.
•Understanding of hardware development life cycle (HDLC) processes.
•Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
•Understanding of hardware components and configurations.

Audio and Video Quality:
•Ability to assess and validate the audio and video quality of conferencing calls under various network conditions to ensure optimal user experience.

Compatibility:
•Conduct compatibility testing across different devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure the conferencing product functions consistently across various environments.

Performance and Reliability:
•Evaluate hardware performance and reliability under various conditions.
•Conduct stress testing to identify potential failures and weaknesses.
•Conduct performance and load testing to evaluate how the conferencing system performs under various load conditions, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.

Network Connectivity and Interoperability:
•Assess the conferencing system's performance under different network conditions, including low bandwidth scenarios, to ensure reliability.
•Collaborate with other teams to perform interoperability testing, especially if the conferencing product integrates with third-party applications or hardware.

User Interface (UI):
•Verify user interface elements associated with hardware components for functionality and user-friendliness.
Adaptability and Regression Testing:
•Implement and maintain regression test suites for hardware components.

Documentation:
•Create comprehensive test documentation including plans, cases, and reports.
•Document hardware integration processes, configurations, and test results.

General Skills:
•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical insights.
•Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
•Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
•Maintain a customer-oriented mindset, striving to deliver hardware solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
 Previous experience in hardware integration or testing.
 Proficiency in hardware testing methodologies and tools.
 Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
 Professional/Technical working proficiency in English.
