職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
• Assure safety, schedule, quality of work, cost performance and change management of all field construction activities on the project.
• Monitors and tracks contractor work for quality and completeness. Provides progress reports on construction activities to Project Leadership.
• Sets expectations for contractors, assures Business objectives are met and audits contractor’s performance.
• Provides input on equipment and materials marshalling at the construction site. Ensures a robust inventory management and contractor hand-off of materials for the assigned project
• Assist the project team to perform the Owner's Quality role. Establish overall project Quality requirements and any unique standards/specifications, reviewing and assessing the contractor's Quality Plans and Programs for fit and appropriateness, defining deliverables format and content, and then auditing/inspecting the contractor work process/products to ensure that Quality processes are being followed/accomplished, and that deliverables meet DuPont expectations.
• Monitors and tracks contractor work for quality and completeness. Provides progress reports on construction activities to Project Leadership.
• Provides input into Contractor Safety and provides trend analysis.
• Ensures critical review and audit processes are in place and effective (i.e. 100% Design Reviews, field quality audits).
• Accountable to the Project Leadership for managing Contractors’ Safety at Project Sites, for their assigned projects to ensure that construction contractors are following site and corporate best practice and policy for managing the safety of all employees on the construction site.
• Drives construction safety and technology applications to advance construction productivity, construction safety, cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all construction processes of the projects being managed, strictly adhere to the Corporate/Business Intellectual Property (IP) / Trade Secrets (TS) content policy.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
• College or Bachelor Degree.
• Major in Engineering or related.
• At least 3 years of experience related to construction management
• Experience in Chemical Plant / High-Tech Plant construction is highly preferable
• Knowledge of Industry standard best practice in Construction Management, Construction Safety Management and Construction Quality Management
• Broad understanding of EPC disciplines and activities that are necessary to design, construct, and start-up plants.
• Experience using the site work permitting processes.
• Knowledge of best practice for managing safety on the construction site.
• Understanding and detailed knowledge of construction quality and acceptance criteria.
