We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on CRM system management, database management, and website administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in CRM platforms, database optimization, and website management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of driving successful customer engagement strategies.
【Responsibility】
1. CRM System Management
- Oversee and manage the organization's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Implement and optimize CRM workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify CRM system requirements and customization needs.
- Regularly update and maintain customer records, segmenting data for targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to integrate CRM data into targeted digital campaigns.
- Implement Google AdWords and campaigns, utilizing insights for communication.
- Track and analyze website performance metrics, increase traffic and optimize for user engagement and conversion.
3 Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports on CRM and website performance, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to database growth and engagement.
4. Website Management
- Take ownership of the organization‘s website, ensuring its functionality, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement updates, enhancements, and new features.
5. Database Management
- Develop and execute strategies for database growth, segmentation, and hygiene.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and duplications.
- Monitor and analyze database performance, providing insights to improve targeting and personalization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
(行銷、資管科系)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM system management, and website administration.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and web content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
