職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
【job description】
1. Understand every aspect of customers’ requirements and designs.
2. To communicate with internal product & development teams on any HW/SW design related issued/features from customer designs.
3. To work with customers in resolving any feature development and product commercialization issues.
【Responsibilities】
1. Provide training to customers.
2. Assisting customer with some software feature design.
3. Integration, development, system debugging on OEM customer designs.
4. Handling customer Q&A, and work closely with internal developers.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
其他條件
1. Be familiar with USB/PCle protocols and the process of ling training.
2. Experience on USB/PCle electric compliance tests.
3. Experience on Windows/ACPI/UEFI is a plus.
4. 4-5 year’s experience, proficiency in C/C++ Programming and debugging.
