職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
• Data maintenance (chemical name, phrase, registration status, etc.) on ERP system (SAP)
• Extract and analyze registration data to prepare monthly and annual report to monitor compliance status and meet regulatory requirement
• Support PS&R manager and provide regulatory services to business units.
• Operate IT registration tool to prepare dossiers and submit to authority
• Implement Hazard Communication (Safety Data Sheet & Global Label Management)
• Drafting and sending official letters to the competent authorities

科系要求:
化學相關,化學工程相關,農業化學相關
其他條件
• Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant major/ background
• Able to verify the chemical nomenclature, chemical identification, structures, functional groups and basic understanding of analytical data and reports
• Able to perform data analysis by using Excel (monthly basis)
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
