職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. PC support Software: Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and application support such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, MDM, Company portal software and other authorized desktop applications.
2. PC support Hardware: Identify hardware break issue on Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment, contact relevant supplier to fix/replace (DELL, RICOH)
3. Printing service support: Provide 1st line printing service to the site users, troubleshoot general printer issues, monitor toner cartridge usage, manage printer consumables, to provide non-stopping printing service to the site users. Contact RICOH to provide 2nd line service if need.
4. LAN service support: Support site IT to maintain LAN in site, monitor local network performance in the site, fix issue of network for the site users. LAN device maintenance troubleshoot and replacement.
5. Remote support other site troubleshooting
6. Education and training: Educate/train and users on tools / software; educate/train and onboard new employees.
7. Local /Site-specific application support: Provide support (e.g., break-fix, work with vendor, config) for local/site-specific applications
8. Meeting room support : Provide support to maintain the stability of the meeting process according to meeting needs
Assist users to solve Audio/Video problems encountered in online meetings
9. ITSM : Use ITSM to track client issues and provide assistance

4.其他條件
1. Diploma or Degree in IT/IS discipline or equivalent
2. Good support knowledge of Windows OS.
3. Good support knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of product.
4. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (server, router, firewall, wireless controller, etc.) and basic knowledge of network topologies, VPN, etc.
5. Working experience: At least 2 years required
6. Good communication skills with users
