3.Independently carry out analysis model improvement by monitoring/tracking the analysis results applied and identifying areas improved.
4.Analyze requirements by data requester and service.
5.Process and provide data in an analyzable format based on requirements.
6.Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in HR analytics.
7.Tackle complex data analysis problems, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
8.Experience using cloud-based databases( like hive/presto, airflow, aws redshift )
