Qualifications:

3.At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
4.Proven experience in strategic planning, team management, and financial oversight.
5.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
7.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
8.Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
