職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
- Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.
- Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.
- Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
Project management for sustaining projects, coordinate with function teams internally and ODM suppliers, conduct plan for any changes, schedule management and tracking.
Internal system/database management.
Package artwork revision ability and review.

Typically requires 3-5 years administrative experience mostly from this function.
Type of Experience Needed:
- Intermediate to senior level administrative skills and senior level knowledge of this function from an administrative standpoint.
- Has the ability to work with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support more than one employee's administrative needs.
- May be regarded as the primary administrative employee of a work unit.
- Specific level of advanced software skills as required by the work unit.
