職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
【Responsibility】
1.Non Core & Core purchase scan and record
處理核心和非核心採購的掃描及紀錄
2.Arrange payment (Rent / CPC and ETC / Import duty / Urgent pay/TWE)
安排各項付款(租金、CPC和ETC費用、進口稅、緊急付款、TWE)
3.Payment - Bank clearing account and check foreign currency revaluation
付款管理 - 銀行清算帳戶和檢查外幣重估
4.Interco––(Intercompany ICM06/ICM07/ICM09/ICM11)
內部交易處理(內部公司ICM06/ICM07/ICM09/ICM11)
5.WHT Data collection( 二代健保/ 國外事業/外籍人士)
收集WHT數據(包括二代健保、國外業務、外籍人士)
6.Vendor ORT –– New employee / Internal Vendor / External Vendor
供應商ORT處理(新員工、內部供應商、外部供應商)
7.Review Concur expenses.
審核Concur費用報告
8.Support Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant with routine operations and tasks.協助主管會計或高級會計處理日常事務
【Requirement】
- Good knowledge and understanding of the finance accounts and a minimum of 1-3 years of accounting and ERP experience.
了解財務會計基本知識,並具備至少1到3年的會計及ERP系統經驗
- Education/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
會計或財務相關科系學士學位
- Must have a strong work ethic and structure with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
有良好的工作態度,具備強大的組織能力、人際溝通技巧,並能有效解決問題。熟練使用Microsoft Office,包括Word和Excel。
