職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Meet regularly with assigned suppliers to review all Purchase Orders (PO) placed by MSFT, assure compliance and supportability
Meet regularly with assigned suppliers to review forecasts and align on future supportability
Manage supplier metrics including but not limited to on-time delivery, PO cycle time, deviation, reliability, and delivery discrepancies by each supplier to improve performance
Manage escalations to Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to ensure POs are not blocked nor rejected by supplier
Communicate delivery and tracking information to regional supply hubs
Ensure key attributes such as pricing, lead-times, minimum order quantities are updated in key Microsoft tools to minimize PO blockage and supplier rejections
Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross functional teams to improve tools and processes to better meet our global requirements

Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years in Electronics manufacturing supply planning or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or related field
Broad knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes (PCBA’s) and logistics
Procure to Pay management experience
Inventory management experience
Basic proficiency with MS Office Applications, focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience in electronics assembly and server industry
Deep understanding of Supply Planning elements, tools, and processes
Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and lean manufacturing solutions
Experience with MRP/ERP systems, including material planning specific software such as SAP or Oracle
Expert level with MS Office Applications, focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in Mandarin
Spares and Warranty experience is a plus
