職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
【R&D Expertise】
Lead the end-to-end ideation, design, and development of new products and technologies.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production, and to end-of-life management.
Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and methodologies.
【Leadership】
Build and lead a high-performing R&D team.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
Establish a culture of agility and continuous improvement, and fosters team values aligned with the NEXT core values.
Collaborate closely with customers.
Act as the R&D primary point of contact for key accounts.
Develop and manage the R&D budget.
Regularly track and review budget utilization.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulations.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
【Experience and skill】
Master’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years of notebook product design experience.
10+ years leading successful team(s) to complete end-to-end notebook product design and development.
Experience in B2B client facing roles.
Bilingual Chinese and English.
Excellent strategic thinking skills and ability to influence across multiple levels in the organization.
Proficiency in project management and consumer electronics R&D domain knowledge.
