【Team/Position Description】
Client operation is the supportive force behind LINE Corporate Business department, and we’re currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in a digital advertisement environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
【Responsibilities】
*Client Management & Execution
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries before and after signing campaign orders. Direct all aspects of advertising operations and workflow. And support the platform administrative tasks, encompassing Display Ads, Official Account and all LINE creativity products.
*Ad Campaign Onboarding Guidance
Offer expert guidance on LINE standards and compliance, ensuring all proposals align with current regulations and best practices. Moreover, help client to communicate with cross function team to support campaign active asap, and remove the roadblock as well.
*Account & Financial process owner
Administer comprehensive financial processes, including invoicing, commission management, and the facilitation of regular and ad-hoc incentive competitions.
*Key Cooperate Business Project Support
Drive revenue growth through the strategic management of CB projects, company initiatives, and competitive business incentive programs. To use all efficient skill and tools to maximize client and LINE CB beneficial.
