Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead a team of 4 FBP engineers and 8 MDM engineers, overseeing the planning and coordination of engineering operations. Ensure effective collaboration within the team to optimize production performance and meet business objectives.
2.Work closely with internal teams across various functions, including production, R&D, and management. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to optimize operational performance.
3.Play a pivotal role in high-level decision-making related to demand forecasting, production planning, and commitment strategies. Ensure that production goals align with company strategies and objectives to drive growth.
4.Oversee BOM management and material documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production and client requirements. Analyze factory investment and material strategies to optimize resource utilization.
5.Engage with international teams and stakeholders from various countries and cultures, providing insights into global semiconductor trends and best practices.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in the semiconductor or related industries.
3. Strong background in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of production planning, process optimization, and factory operations.
4. Experience in semiconductor packaging, testing solutions, and advanced technologies (e.g., SiP, 3D packaging). Strong skills in BOM management and material documentation processes are a must.
5. Proven ability to perform equipment investment analysis, material documentation management, and order transfer feasibility studies. Strong skills in strategic decision-making related to production and resource planning.
6. Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and its processes. Ability to work with production, sales, and other business units to align on goals and drive performance.
