Role Expectations
• 4 - 8 years of work experience within Talent Acquisition as a recruiting/sourcing specialist or full life cycle
recruiter, with a minimum of 3 recent years in talent sourcing/resume screening experience for Singapore/ Japan, South Korea or other APAC countries.
• Disposition of direct applications for the global regions, Experience in semiconductor sourcing experience.
• Disposition and track employee referral resumes with agreed operational service levels
• Track the inbound applications to relevant requisitions across all APAC geographies.
• Source, engage and attract top talent for the ad-hoc business requests.
• Proactively build passive and active candidate pipelines to meet sourcing needs as per business expectations.
• Participate in crucial stakeholder meetings, including weekly cadences, and debriefs.
• Through innovative research, build a candidate pipeline and effective outreach for the weekday & weekend
walk-in interviews
• Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS and monitor the interview pipeline and
selection ratio of diversity and non-diversity candidates.
