Job Description:
YOUR ROLE
• To extract data from the system for daily exercise.
• To consolidate all reports for data analysis.
• To support daily shipment.
• To support urgent shipment operations.
• To create, follow-up approvals and update the record of each PCN/PTN.
• To execute sample delivery, to follow-up and update the record of each FAR.
• To collect and provide PPAP to CM and to maintain PPAP delivery record.
• To follow-up and update EUC record.
• To follow-up and update CAMDS record.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• Good communication skills; has the ability to discuss any issues with the team.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel capability is required
• Interested in data analysis.
• Able to work under time-critical environment.
• Fluent in English.
