團隊/職位介紹

我們的團隊主要為LINE的各項產品(包含LINE購物、LINE發票管家等)進行資料群集、資料標記、資料清洗或資料調校，以利於訓練服務內的搜尋、分類、推薦、AI 辨識等功能的人工智慧慧模型的學習基礎建設，幫助產品功能更好用，讓Ai變得更聰明，提供符合使用者期待的搜尋、分類或推薦結果。 你將會實際執行資料標記、資料群集編輯、搜尋與分類語意編輯、資料整合分析、測試專案、提供資料編輯專家意見，你的工作結果將會作為產品與工程團隊各種產品優化的依據。

[Position Summary]

* Our team handles data annotation and cleansing for LINE products to support AI model training, enhancing search, classification, and recommendation features, and providing insights for product optimization.
* We aim to provide users with high quality search / category / recommendation results that meet user’s expectation.
* You will perform quality testing projects, and your test results will be provided to planner or develop team as a basis of service improvement plan.

[工作內容 ]
* 站在使用者角度思考，測試搜尋、分類或推薦結果的品質、執行資料標記、優化與編輯垂直產品領域的語意，確保呈現結果符合使用者的期待。
* 透過Excel分析測試結果與數據化的成效。
* 撰寫測試報告提出產品洞見與建議，並與產品或工程團隊討論優化的方法。

[Responsibilities]
* Perform data annotation and evaluate the quality of search, categorization, and recommendation results from the user's perspective, ensuring that we deliver exactly what users are looking for.
* Analyze data to provide data-based testing results.

Prepare a comprehensive data annotation and testing summary report to offer insights and recommendations for the testing version. Discuss potential optimization with the product manager or development team.

[Qualifications]

1. Work for 3 or more days per week
2. Great oral and written skills in both Chinese and English
3. Excellent communication skills and data analysis capabilities
4. Experience with data classification methods
5. Proficiency in Internet domain knowledge and user-oriented thinking
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
