職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
Logistics Specialist will be responsible for import/export/local shipments, warehouse management, local purchasing and admin support.
(1) Logistics Functions
. Proceed Import customs clearance for import shipment and export customs declaration for export shipment.
. Goods receipt, put-away, picking, re-labelling, packing and shipping.
. Initiate consignment order as per consignment agreement.
. Release local purchase order to local vendor.
. Document management (e.g. Delivery Notes, Waybill, Import/Export Docs, etc.).
. Assist in month end closing, Month-end customs duty estimation, reconciliation of in-transit inventory and providing ETA for open system orders by LOB.
. Submit Write-Off Request and complete the processes.
. Perform write-off process for the physical parts.
. Perform cycle count quarterly.
. Proceed annual physical inventory count.
. Assist in internal and external audits.
. Organize and manage materials in warehouse.
. Maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring parts movement records.
. Create local part no. for local parts.
. Miscellaneous tasks (e.g. supporting internal team as require).
(2) Office Admin. Support
. Office facilities and environmental maintenance management.
. Miscellaneous admin. tasks.
