Key Responsibilities:
2.Create a strategic roadmap for Smart Factory initiatives, outlining key automation projects, schedules, and resource needs.
2.Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate cutting-edge technologies for factory automation (including AMHS solutions like OHT, AMA, RTD, AMR).
3.Work closely with the Corporate Smart Factory team to evaluate, implement, and manage the lifecycle of automation projects.
4.Conduct regular team and project performance reviews; identify opportunities for process optimization and system re-engineering.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
2.Above 3 years of hands-on experience in OSATs automation, IT, CIM, or ERP systems; knowledge of WLCSP and AMHS workflows is a plus.
3.Familiar with semiconductor fab CIM systems such as MES, RTD, AMA, MCS, and APS.
4.Practical experience in deploying automation systems including OHT, Stocker, OHS, conveyor, sorter, cleaner, FOUP, AS/RS, AGV, and AMR.
5.Programming knowledge is a strong advantage.
