We are seeking a skilled Analytical Scientist specializing in NMR to join our team at the Hsinchu site. The successful candidate will collaborate within cross-functional teams to address R&D challenges, customer issues, and enhance manufacturing and product quality through innovative analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently conduct a variety of NMR experiments, analyze and interpret data to provide insights that address business challenges.

Update and implement new methods in lab operations to optimize efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance data quality.

Actively participate in cross-functional teams to share scientific insights and contribute to project tasks.

Lead project initiatives aimed at investigating technical problems and developing solutions.

Develop and validate novel NMR methods for data acquisition and analysis.

Effectively communicate results and findings to stakeholders and peers.

Maintain laboratory equipment and manage supplies and reagents to ensure efficient laboratory operations.

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, while developing safety measures to minimize risks.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in NMR technology and industry practices, collaborating with other NMR scientists to explore new applications and techniques that may benefit our company.
