職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage leadership within both Global Talent Acquisition and Global Comms & Marketing within APAC country sites, to foster cross-regional collaboration.
• Enable the Talent Brand organization to align outcomes to the regional needs of the business.
• Explore and develop new regional programs & technology to elevate the candidate experience with a global lens. Using the business goals and objectives, build out consistent regional branding and marketing tactics, to enhance talent attraction and candidate experience in all countries.
• Coordinate with the regional Talent Brand managers to ensure effective and consistent marketing/messaging and candidate experience throughout the APAC area.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a degree in Fine Arts, Marketing/Business, or Graphic Design (not required)
• 4+ years of experience working in a marketing program management and/or talent marketing capacity (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation platforms (preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively navigate and thrive in a complex work environment with empathy and tact.
• Experience working in a Microsoft/Windows business environment (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external partners and service providers.information overload, short deadlines
