Responsibilities:
1. UltraFlex CP and FT Tester Setup:
- Configure and maintain UltraFlex CP and FT testers.
- Ensure proper functionality and calibration of testing equipment.
2, TEL Prober and Chroma Handler:
- Set up and maintain TEL Prober and Chroma handler.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
3, Probe Card & Load Board Maintenance:
- Maintain and troubleshoot probe cards and load boards.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.
4. Lab Logistics:
- Manage lab logistics, including inventory, equipment allocation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Pass/Fail Verification:
- Conduct pass/fail verification for tested devices.
- Analyze results and ensure accurate reporting.
6. HTOL Oven Setup and Execution:
- Set up HTOL ovens and execute HTOL testing protocols.
- Validate BI boards and ensure proper execution of HTOL tests.
